ACADEMY POLICIES

Clear rules, from the start

Purchase terms, refunds, copyright, privacy and everything you need to know before enrolling in Ani Miller Academy.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These policies apply to Ani Miller Academy, the online academy of Ani Miller Services, operated by Inversiones Los Palapunes Corp., with offices at 9610 Stirling Road, Ste 103, Cooper City, FL 33024 ("we" or "the Academy"). By purchasing a course, creating an account or using the platform, you agree to what is described on this page. The Spanish version of these policies is the governing version.

1. Purchase terms

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include what is described on each course or package page.
  • Payment is made online by debit or credit card through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the information to access your course from My account. If you bought without creating an account, sign up with the same email you used to pay and your courses will appear automatically.
  • Access to each course is available for the period stated on its page. If no period is stated, access remains as long as the course is available on the platform.
  • The courses are intended for people 18 years of age or older.
  • We may update a course's content to keep it current with tax rules. Updates do not create additional charges for those who already have access.

2. Refund and cancellation policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Our courses are digital content and access is delivered immediately after payment, so we do not accept returns, cancellations or full or partial refunds, even if you do not start, do not finish or stop using the course.

We recommend carefully reviewing each course's description, curriculum and FAQ before buying, and writing to us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

This policy does not affect the following:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors. If you were charged twice for the same order or an amount different from the one published, write to us and we will correct the error.
  • Access problems. If you cannot get into a course you purchased, write to us and we will help you fix it.
  • Date changes. If a live session changes date, we will notify you in advance and you will have access to the new date or to the recording, when one exists.

Bank disputes. Before starting a dispute or chargeback with your bank, write to us so we can help. While a dispute is open, access to the courses in that order may be suspended.

3. Privacy

To create your account and process your purchase we collect your name, email, phone, billing address and order history. We use this information to give you access to the courses, send you your account information, answer your questions and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. Full details are in our Privacy policy.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies needed to work, for example to keep you signed in and keep your cart. With your consent, we also use third-party cookies, such as the Meta pixel, to measure our campaigns. YouTube videos may set Google cookies when played. You can review and change your preferences at any time in Privacy preferences.

5. Use of the platform and your account

  • Your account and access are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your username and password with other people.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity on your account. If you think someone accessed it without your permission, write to us right away.
  • Course content is for your personal use only. The restrictions on copying, downloading and sharing content are detailed in section 6.
  • In the Academy's live sessions, forums or groups, treat others with respect. Do not post personal or tax information about others, or offensive, illegal or promotional content.
  • We may suspend or cancel, without refund and without prior notice, access for an account that breaks these rules, for example if it is shared with other people or the content is distributed.

6. Copyright, personal use and plagiarism

Ownership. All content of Ani Miller Academy and animilleracademy.com, including videos, recordings, live classes, texts, presentations, exercises, practical cases, exams, templates, downloadable guides, images, designs, logos and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Inversiones Los Palapunes Corp., which operates under the trade names Ani Miller Academy and Ani Miller Services, or of its licensors. This content is protected by the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.), trademark laws and applicable international treaties. All rights reserved.

Personal use only. Buying a course grants you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to view and study the content from your own account, solely for your learning. You do not acquire ownership of the content or any right to it beyond this license.

It is prohibited, without our prior written authorization, to:

  • Download, record, screen-capture, photograph, copy or reproduce, in whole or in part, the course videos, classes or materials by any means, including screen recording tools, browser extensions or download programs.
  • Share, lend, send, publish, resell, rent or distribute the content or your access, for example by WhatsApp, email, social media, groups, shared folders or any website.
  • Use the content to teach classes, create courses, workshops, books, videos or other materials, or for any other commercial purpose.
  • Transcribe, translate, summarize for publication or modify the content to present it as your own work or someone else's.

Materials the Academy expressly offers for download, such as guides or templates, are also for your personal use only and are subject to these same restrictions.

Plagiarism. Presenting the content of the Academy or of Ani Miller as your own, in whole or in part, without authorization or attribution, is plagiarism and copyright infringement. This includes reusing our explanations, examples, cases, course structure or materials in your own publications, classes or services. Likewise, in the Academy's exercises, assessments and exams you must submit your own work; submitting someone else's or copied work as your own may lead to the corresponding certificate being voided.

Consequences. Any unauthorized copying, downloading, distribution, sharing or plagiarism will result in the immediate cancellation of your access, without refund. In addition, Inversiones Los Palapunes Corp. will pursue these infringements to the full extent of the law, including the applicable civil and criminal actions, claims for damages, attorney's fees and costs, and takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you want to use part of our content, for example to quote it in an article, write to us at [email protected] before doing so.

7. Certificates and continuing education credits

  • When you complete the requirements of a course that includes one, you will receive a certificate of completion issued by Ani Miller Academy.
  • The certificate shows that you completed the course. It is not a license, credential or authorization from the IRS or any other government authority, and on its own it does not qualify you to practice any regulated profession.
  • IRS continuing education (CE) credits only apply to programs approved for that purpose and expressly stated as such on their page.

8. Educational notice and disclaimer

The content of the Academy, the blog and the videos is educational and general in nature. It is not personalized tax, legal, accounting, financial or investment advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and the Academy or Ani Miller Services. Tax laws and rules change; before making decisions about your particular situation, consult a professional.

No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee income, clients, employment or financial results from taking a course. The examples and experiences shared in the courses, including those of Ani Miller and other students, are illustrative and do not represent typical results. Your results depend on your effort, experience and circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, the Academy will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the content, or for decisions you make based on it. The site and courses are provided as is, and although we work to keep them available, there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control.

9. Communications

When you buy or create an account, we will send you necessary emails about your order, your access and important changes to the courses. If you subscribe to our list, we will also send you news about courses and events; you can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in each email.

10. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our site and our courses. We designed the site following WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines and review it periodically. If you find an accessibility barrier or need the content in another format, write to us at [email protected] and we will help you.

11. Governing law and changes

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. We may update them; the current version will always be published on this page with its update date. Each purchase is governed by the policies in effect at the time it was made.
